A life lived for His glory!

It is with heavy hearts that we come to this post. Our hearts go out to Josh, in the lose of his precious wife, Alaina, as well as to his family, and Alaina's family.

In such a great tragedy we must turn to our Savior, and His word. Psalm 62:8 has calmed our hearts as we've wrestled through this great lose; "Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us."

Alaina, is in heaven, worshiping and rejoicing around His throne, and though we mourn here, we must take comfort in the promises of God's word. He is our anchor and stay!

We'll miss you, Alaina! You're contagious, loving, Godly life lived for His glory will not be forgotten! Our prayers are with you, Josh, your family, and Alaina's family! May God's presence enfold you in this time, and the days to come! We love you!!

"For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?"

1 Thess. 2:19

Abi, thanks for this post. I never knew Alaina but as I've seen pictures of her, her husband & family over the past several days, and heard about her life - I cannot help but feel the enthusiasm of her life. It's hard to understand sometimes, but I have been praying for Josh and their families. I'm glad they have such a special church family and body of Christ that surrounds them during this most difficult time.

Many blessing being sent y'alls way...

What a tragedy. I didn't know Alaina... But after hearing what a beautiful person she was inspires me all the more to live my life to the hilt that she lived. Her life was so beautiful that even though her death was sudden and tragic, who she was brings so much glory to her Savior and I know that now her life touches hundreds if not thousands.
